What should I send with my first message?
A link to your product and a sentence on who it’s for. If there’s a launch date or a feature in mind, mention it. A login or recorded screen-share helps, but isn’t required to get started.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a week or two, depending on what’s already booked. A full project runs about three to four weeks from kickoff to handoff. If you’re up against a hard date, say so and we’ll be straight about whether it’s possible.
Do I have to commit to start?
No. The first call is 20 minutes, free, and there’s no obligation after it. You’ll get a written, per-project quote before anything begins — and you approve the script before we draw a single frame.
Can you match our brand and product UI?
Yes. Send your brand colors, fonts and a few screens and we’ll animate to them. If you don’t have a kit yet, we’ll work from your live product and keep it consistent.
What will it cost?
Explainer scripts start at $450, a finished product demo from $1,400, and onboarding series are quoted to scope. Every project is a fixed number agreed up front and billed by invoice — no hourly surprises.
